could some help with these games?

i am trying to play resident evil zero, resident evil and resident evil 4 for the gamecube on dolphin but it seems that it wont stop playing it slow even though i can play games like luigis mansion with no lag at all

my graphics card is AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Display Memory: 1916 MB
Dedicated Memory: 253 MB
Shared Memory: 1663 MB
Current Mode: 1366 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)

my system is windows 7 i am using windows 7 64 bit and i am using dolphin 64 bit as well
