Loaded the save fine

Make sure that the correct memory card is selected by going to

CONFIG -> GAMECUBE -> SLOT A and hitting the " ... " next to it and selecting the correct memory card

That's not the problem.
The problem is that I can't save cause the game says the savefile's corrupt.

If he can load it fine then the save file is not corrupt.

Where is the >Load save step? Try loading your in game save. When you try to save state to a time where it changes the mem card it screws things up.

My in-game save is like 5-8 hours behind my savestate, that's why there's no >Load save step.

Do you have proper write permissions on the Dolphin Emulator Folder and the GC folder?
