Hello! i try with 4.0-3748
and in sonic colours i can't see menu and if i press start don't see nothing

This is a known bug in Dolphin. What's happening is the screen is being clipped at the wrong spot, which cuts out the HUD and other menu stuff. There is a fix in the works for it, but to make it work for now, you can add the below projection hack to fix it.

Right click on the game > Properties > Edit Config (bottom left of the first tab) and paste in this code:

ProjectionHack = 1
PH_ZFar = 0.01

but run in 15 fps with i5 4430 3ghz, 24gb ram and gtx 970 4gb
i am using Opengl with internal resolution 3x 1920x1080
what can i do

Try with lower IR.
