Thank you guys very much!

one more question:

I got an old 2Gb RAM 667 stick and I was wondering, do I need to buy new RAM (I see min is 1066) or I can install this(667) into the new motherboard? will it cause any problems?

*facepalm* Yes. Your using DDR2 ram and your switching to a DDR3 IMC. You need to buy ddr3 ram.

If you care about budget, go for i3 is enough to get fullspeed in Dolphin. I'm playing Dolphin with my i3 530 without overclock, run pretty good full speed so far.
