Yeah I am willing to bet audio throttle is causing those framerate dips in starfox adventures xtreme.

Erm, I am using Audio Throttle instead of Frame Limiting, and it works fine.
Not the other way round? No dips for me, at least not noticable.

This was happening for me mostly in Thorntail Hollow, Snowhorn Wastes, and Ice Mountain. I'll try to get a brief video when I get to an area where it does this a lot. It isn't speed that's an issue, the game runs full speed, one second I could be getting full speed and the next the fps drops without any change in the game and then the fps goes back up. It fluctuates and stutters quite a bit in some areas.

I also notice when there is a cutscene such as talking to one of the dinosaurs, the dialog doesn't show until the next cutscene which is usually a game sequence/cutscene such as pulling a lever for a bridge.

Yeah, major desync or some other issue with cutscene audio and dialog.

I also noticed there is an issue with some surfaces that have a reflective nature, in levels such as the ice levels and Krazoa Palace there seems to be some weird projection or reflection issue. Such as a faint ghost like projection of what is happening on screen such as fox running throughout the area, it's kind of hard to explain with words..

I know what you mean, noticed that during the final visit to the Krazoa Shrine. When walking on top with the platform where Krystal is trapped, the lower area is reflecting in weird ways, making it look like a 2nd Fox is walking below the ground in the distance.

Here's a video if anyone wants to see the stuttering I am referring to. It's not as bad in this video as it is elsewhere in the game, but it should be noticeable. The shader cache does nothing to alleviate or eliminate this issue so I am guessing the problem resides elsewhere in the code.
