Converting Wii Save Files - NTSC to PAL

Hi,

I've searched the forums on converting a save file from NTSC to PAL and I've tried to do it myself with a hex editor based on what I've read (i.e. by comparing NTSC DAT file and PAL DAT file and changing hex blocks accordingly). Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful in making it work.

Can anyone help me out on this? Or provide some guidance?

The game is Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
