Convert Virtual Console N64 save files to regular N64 save format

Hi, I'm think it's possible (and legal too) to convert VC N64 save files to regular N64 save format.
The game i want to convert the save is Paper Mario (NTSC-U) because i made a huge progress, but i don't have more time to play home. So, i will use on my smartphone to play on N64 emulator on the go(Dolphin crashes on my phone).
Is it possible?

Look in the title data directory on the NAND and figure out if the save is stored in the exact same format, and if not, what the differences are, so that you can convert.

I know with most of them, the savefiles are pretty close/exactly the same as the N64 savefiles, just put onto the NAND.
