Controls not respond

I can't configure the controls using my keyboard the controls dont respond  

EDIT: Dolphin 5.0 doesen't respond

EDIT2: Dolphin 4.0.2 Emulated Wiimote doesan't connect

What are your settings and what game are you trying to play?

First download the latest development build from the download page where you scroll down a bit.

Second point: What game are you trying to play? Does your keyboard respond in the controller section of the settings? If not: Try to click the default button there so everything gets setup to the default settings and try again.

Quick EDIT:
If your profile is correct (I hope so since you joined yesterday) your computer will be too slow to run anything at a playable framerate, except maybe the least demanding games.
