I've got a legit Wiimote (RVL-CNT-01) which for the most part works fine in Dolphin(4.0-6301).
Randomly for a few seconds inputs on the controller will just freeze up. Lets say I am hitting up, it will randomly freeze the controls and the game keeps seeing that I'm pressing up, I can hit other buttons and nothing happens. After a few seconds the control starts responding again. When the controls freeze up I do not get a popup on the game saying that the controller is disconnected, the wiimote lights stay on and windows doesn't tell me that anything unplugged. I did not have this issue months ago.
