Controls flickering? [solved]

Since i've installed Windows 7, Dolphin doesn't seem to work with my computer anymore. Games run, but I can't control. When I try to set both my Gamecube and Wiimote controls, the window boxes and buttons flicker and reset or something. I thought it was just my Logitech Duel Action controller, but it seems fine with all my other games. I tried to set to just keyboard and mouse, and the window still flickers strangely and blanks itself. I can start games, and they run just fine but the control module of Dolphin is preventing me from doing anything. This happens with older versions of Dolphin I have lying around too...

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 840 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5770
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
RAM: 16gb DDR3 SDRAM 1333

Controller: Logitech Duel Action Gamepad

Dolphin: 3.0, 3.0-636 (tried both, same results)

Make sure dolphin dosent reside in a folder that requires administrative rights to modify like the program files

Oh I found the problem! Turns out profiles from older versions of Dolphin (not sure how old my control profiles were that ive been using) don't work with 3.0. I had to reset and make new configurations for all my games.
