Controllers not detected

Good morning,
I am using Dolphin Master-4.0-6444-x64 with the controller Xbox One 360 for pc, when I tried to play The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword and The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, the controller is not detected. It is strange, because when I have played The wind waker I could use it peferctly, any chance to know what is happening?

Zelda: The Wind Waker uses a GameCube controller, but Zelda: Twilight Princess and Zelda: Skyward Sword require a Wii Remote and Nunchuk. If you configure an emulated Wii Remote with a Nunchuk as an extension controller, you will be able to play Zelda: Twilight Princess. You will however not be able to play Zelda: Skyward Sword with an Xbox controller, because it also requires Wii MotionPlus. Dolphin can use a real Wii Remote with Wii MotionPlus if you have one, but it cannot emulate Wii MotionPlus using a gamepad or some other controller.

EDIT: I'm assuming that you're using the Wii version of Zelda: Twilight Princess. If you're using the GameCube version, it should work properly with the same configuration as Zelda: The Wind Waker.
