I'm using Dolphin 3.0-840 on an i7 860/16GB ddr3-1600/gtx550ti 1gb gddr5/60gb SSD custom build and it works beautifully!! except...

I bought a Kensington usb bluetooth (using MS stack) and nyko set with motion plus and wired nunchuk. I can connect just fine to the wiimote and it works perfectly but whenever I try and run any games that require the nunchuk I get the please connect error message even when the nunchuk is connected.

I can bypass using emulated wiimote but when i switch back to real wiimote I get the error popup again.

I was thinking about setting up the emulated wiimote USING the real wiimote to get around this but the emulated simply does not see the real one even though its paired with the computer and flagged as a gamepad.

Any thoughts? Is the nunchuk bad (if so I can return the whole affair and get a different one)? Is there anyway to test if the nunchuk is bad? Or does Dolphin simply not like the nyko one (at which point I can buy the nintendo chuk - my work discount made the nyko set waaaaaaaaay cheaper than the nintendo wiimote so I don't really care lol)?

Thanks!

EDIT this is the combo I bought http://www.frys.com/product/6617454?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG

Nyko is 3rd party wiimote / fake wiimote which will work fine for Wii Console . However , Dolphin hate them
I explained everything about wiimote here , you should take a look

Switched to Toshiba stack still no dice. Going to return the Nyko set today and get Wii Remote Plus - Black the http://www.frys.com/product/6445002?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG with Wii U Nunchuk Controller Black http://www.frys.com/product/7315454?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG

or should I get the Wii U Remote™ Plus Black http://www.frys.com/product/7312144?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG instead?

God , i thought i had explained everything already
Quote:Most of "The New Wiimote Plus" have "RVL-CNT-01-TR" codename . They might work or not work with Dolphin (See Post#3) , "The Old Regular Wiimote" have "RVL-CNT-01" codename which will work with Dolphin as long as they're official Nintendo Wiimote

Some Wiimote Plus have "RVL-CNT-01" codename because they had been released before Nintendo changed them into "RVL-CNT-01-TR" Wiimote Plus . "The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword Limited Edition Gold Wiimote Plus " (bundle with the game) were released before this change , that's why those Zelda Wiimote Plus should work 100% with Dolphin . However , Zelda Wiimote Plus are rare and really expensive (you can find them on amazon.com)
To put it simply :
Original Wiimote Plus = 50% don't work (bet on your luck)
Limited Zelda Gold Wiimote Plus = definitely work
Original Regular Wiimote + Motion Plus add-on = should work

I guess i have to add thess lines into the tutorial
