I have a smattering of games working in the emulator, and Xenoblade is one of them.  I have no issues setting my xbox 360 controller buttons (and the correct controller is chosen in my controller config settings), and controller works for all of my games but Xenoblade.  It used to work for Xenoblade, and in fact was working this morning.  What could cause a controller to not work on a single game that it was working on previously?

And to clarify, the buttons don't register at all on the game when it's launched.  I can't get past the splash screen on load, and when the splash screen fades off I can't press a button on the main menu to load my game.

I repeat, the controller works fine for every single other game.  I'm buggered if I can figure this out.
