Hello together,

I didnt find a Thread of this before so i ask.
I want to run Super Mario Sunshine on Dolphin and it works. But i have a little problem.
Ingame there is the opportunity to slightly push right schoulder button to shoot water and run
If you completely push the button then you will stop moving and shooting water.

I didnt found an option to fix this, can anyone help me pls?

Regards

PS: Forgive me for my bad english Big Grin

This is the difference between R-button and R-analog in the controller config, make sure both are configured. Also what are you using for a controler?

Map your TRIGGERS to L-Analog and R-Analog. The 360 controller shoulder buttons are not pressure sensitive.

What is the correct configuration for L R analog and L R on a Xbox 360 controller?

You can set both L/R and L/R Analog to the triggers, and the threshold control will switch between the emulated analog pull and the emulated digital press at a certain point in the analog range. It works great!

Alternatively, you can set up the digital press to the shoulder buttons, and the analog pull to the triggers. This can cause an issue in some games though, since they may reject the digital press if it doesn't have an analog value first. So I definitely recommend the above technique instead.

Hi. Thanks.

Another thing. On newer builds of Dolphin I saw analog stick range is set from 0 to 68.

Since Xbox 360 controller usually needs a 15 dead zone. Wont be too small the zone? It Will be better to raise the 68 value or has some undesired effect? Moving the stick can go way out of the 68, until 90 or so looks like is able to cover all the selected zone.
