Controller runs emulator slower!

Hey,

I'm using Rush game controller on my Samsung Note 10+ and on Dolphin emulator, when you use screen controller it works fine but if you use the controller via bluetooth, it works really slow and game became unplayable.

Is there any solution for this?

If you touch the screen while using the controller, does it run fast or slow?
