Controller plugin not working

For some reason a controller plugin isnt showing up in the config menu. The physical DLL for it is in the plugin folder, but its not reading that. When I start a game with "Use Panic Handelers" enabled it pops up with a bunch of errors.

Sysem:
P4 @ 2.8 GHz
3650 AGP

Have you updated your Direcxt?
If that is the problem do it from here...

Thanks ill try that. Doesnt make much sence that its a controller issue, and im downloading a programming API for gameing.
