controller not working with almost no wii game

Hi there...

My controller(SN30 pro) works perfectly with all GameCube games.

But when it comes to wii games, only Mario Kart wii and Mario All-Stars(from what I have been testing) are working
with the controller...

I always get the infamous "wiimote disconnected by emulated software" message. Even in Mario Kart this message appears, but the controller is working there.

I can't find any logic in it..
Anybody can?
