Controller not working for GameCube emulation

I'm trying to use a GameSir T1s controller on Dolphin for GameCube emulation. Dolphin sees my controller connected but doesn't detect input. Only rumble works. I used Dolphin in the past with my PS3 controller (I've used the PS3 controller with SCP driver for PS3) and it works fine, but now with my new controller, it won't work. I've reinstalled it (with the same version) every time, but it still won't work. Could someone help?

Have you tried the latest development version of dolphin?
