Controller not recognized in game

Hello guys, i'm trying to play Xenoblade Chronichles with Dolphin. The release of the emu is the 5.0-11843. I've got a problem with the controller setup.

When i go to Controller Settings, and i configure a port 1 "Standard Controller", the emu recognizes the input of my controller. It is a Logitech controller with Xinput.

BUT the problem is that in game my controller is not recognized by the game. Any way to fix this? This is really strange: it is common if your controller isn't recognized, but not if your controller is recognized in the settings, and not in the game.

There is something wrong in the steps i've taken?

Sorry for my English, it isn't my mother tongue.

EDIT1: I tried to update my release to the last dev release (5.0-11863). No changes.

You have set up an emulated GameCube controller, which this game doesn't support. Set up an emulated Wii Remote instead (preferably with a Classic Controller extension, but Nunchuk also works).
