Controller mapping on Nvidia Shield

I've upgraded to the latest version 5.0-11. I had previously configured my controller but the settings don't work anymore. I've tried to remap the buttons using the ini file with no luck. Can anyone help?

I've upgraded from version 4.079. Still having issues.

Make sure that you completely remove the dolphin-emu folder from your Android device, before trying to install the 4.XX version to map the controllers. After you've setup the button mapping, you can install the 5.0X version on top of the existing files.
