Controller goes seemingly unrecognised by games

Hello, allow me first to thank you for developing this software. I've always wanted to play Wii, but I've never been able to afford it and I've never been particularly fond of the Wiimote. So, this has given me the chance to plays some games I've wanted to play with a regular controller pad.

Anyhow, I'm experiencing an issue since Dolphin has recognised my controller as I've been able to set it up completely, but games seem unable to recognise the virtual Wiimote.

For example, I'm currently trying to play Zelda: Skyward Sword and I cannot get past this screen:



I did notice though, that if I pressed the Home button and then out of home I'd get this other screen for 1 or 2 seconds (generally it lasts less than a second) and then it goes back to the previous screen:

I hope there's something I can do about it.

You need an Emulated Motion Plus build to play this game with a gamepad (Zelda SS)
