Hello, I've been using a xBox 360 controller for my dolphin 5.0 emulation system. I have been using an older version of the emulator, to play Paper Mario TTYD, since the most recent one caused a fence glitch, that I weren't able to solve. Whenever I'm using th hammer in Paper Mario TTYD. Or anything makes the screen somewhat like 'shaky' it says: xbox controller disconnected from Pad1. and a few split seconds later it says. xbox controller configurated succesfully. The issue also seems to apear on all of my GameCube games. I'm also using the RetroArch which just launches the games on the Dolphin Emulator. This issue makes a lot of my games unenjoyable, up to unplayable. I really would appreciate some tips to fix this. I haven't checked the controller setup since I installed the older verison of the dolphin. I don't know if I even have enabled background input, may it be disconnecting because of that? Anyway I would really like to solve this because it's literally unplayable for me. I honestly could only imagine that it's a configuration problem, since I haven't changed anything else after I installed the new version of the Dolphin Emulator except for the controlls.
Should I try to re-configurate Pad1 with the setting 'Background Input' to maybe fix the issue? Or maybe should I try to mess around with some configuration settings to find out what even causes the issue? I honestly got no clue what I should do to fix it, without even knowing what causes the problem. I haven't got any kind of lags, neither I've got any visual bugs. My only problem is that the controller disconnects for a few split seconds, when the screen get's shaky. A few examples are: Hammer ( On the overworld, as in the fight. The controller disconnects). Attacks by enemies ( I still got time to block and even counter the attack, but as soon as I did this it says controller disconnected). Animations that make the screen shaky. ( Nothing much to say abaout this, I've got an insanely strong PC, I don't think that the game needs that much recourses that it would cause my controller to disconnect for the time the animation is ongoing). Any help?
