Hi, so I'm using a ps3 controller with motion joy to emulate a 360 controller. I can play gamecube games just fine, but when I tried playing a wii game, despite being able to configure settings for my controller, it doesn't work. I noticed in the bottom corner of my screen that the controller says not connected. Every time I press alt+f5 it says connected in the emulation window, but refuses to work and says not connected in the bottom right of the dolphin window. I am using the latest dual core netplay version, 4.0-562. I was trying to play new super mario bros. The weird thing is that this controller st up works just fine in the latest main release.

Wiimotes are not supported, even emulated, in the Dualcore Netplay Branch.

Oh, I wasn't aware. Thank you for the quick reply.
