Ran as admin, moved the Dolphin folder to Documents, disabled User Account Control and controller configs are still not saving. The controller config only saves the settings while the program is running but once it closes it deletes them. Used GCI folder as a Memory slot and there are no saves.

Dolphin Type is 5.0 x64 Windows.

Went ahead and moved to Dolphin 4.0.2 x64 and it works now.

And gone is the support from the forum... Wink

You could just download the latest devbuild from the download page, you can find it if you scroll down a bit on that page. Then put an empty txt file in the same folder as dolphin.exe and name it portable. See if that solves your problems. Smile

Not being able to save information into Documents/Dolphin Emulator are signs that something is broken in your Windows installation since it should always be able to save there, so make sure that your NTFS security rights are set up correctly and make sure that the Dolphin Emulator folder is not read only.
