It would require a whole bunch of workarounds and I wouldn't recommend it. On a real Wii, GameCube games only support GameCube controllers. On Dolphin, GameCube games only support emulated GameCube controllers and Wii U GameCube adapters, not emulated Wii Remotes or directly connected real Wii Remotes.
