Control Stick Stuck in the Top Right Corner

Hi, I'm using the latest stable Dolphin release(5.0) on Mac and a Sight Fighter Action Usb Controller.
I tried mapping the coloured cross to be the control stick on a gamecube controller but it seems to be stuck in the top right corner and I can't find a way to make it work. I unplugged and replugged the controller, tried a newer version of Dolphin but still nothing...
