Control Stick problem

Hey guys! love the Dolphin WORKS GREAT for me playing Tak vs Capcom.

love it!

BUT

the only problem in having..it when i setup my game pad and/or arcade stick
sometimes (a lot actually) when i move forward back up or down..it will double tap..

it seems the buttons are on like rapidfire...so i always dash forward back or air dash..when i just wanna move forward a bit..

any reason for this? or a way to turn it off?
