Control IR via Touch Movement, Not Touch Source

Hey dev! Can you bring this feature to Dolphin Official i used it in Dolphin MMJ Oldest Version, unfortunately that version of MMJ is cannot Trigger WII Shake via Phone Shake

Just to make sure that I'm understanding it correctly, is the difference between what you want and the current behavior that you want the controls to be relative to the point where you first pressed down your finger instead of relative to the center of the screen?

As you can see in the video i control the IR via Touch Movement which mean is the IR aim not following the Touch Source, the simple way to expain this like you Control the Aim via Joystick Movement.
