Control Gamepad can not movements/touches in Dolphin Emulator Android

The Dolphin 5.0-8594 For Android do not support movements/touches to setup into game ? The mouse icon of game can not move to choose.....
I'm using Nvidia Shield TV 2017 (16G). Please help me?

If you're stuck in the menus of a game, you have to control it with the emulated controls. You can't just click the options with the mouse/touchscreen.

I haved emulated controls. But the mouse icon of game can not move to click the option to enter game by gamepad
