control configurations

does anyone know if there is one config file for the whole control setup under the dolphin wiimote plugin changes you make or is it different file one for wiimote another for nunchauks etc. I ask because different games use totally dsifferent controls and inputs and have to be configured accordingly so I want to make some config files to swap abck and forth. I wish this emu had a save config and load config option like the n64 emu pj64.
