Okay, now all you have to do is find the IP address of the host machine (the one running Dolphin) and make sure you're putting that into ControidPad. Make sure the UDP port in ControidPad matches what you have in Dolphin. Run Dolphin, then run ControidPad and press "Start". If you have any issues, it could probably due to your firewall settings (on the computer or on the router). A quick way to test that is by temporarily disabling all firewalls (get them back up soon though!) to see if that's the problem.

i tried but in newer dolphin version game won t start (4.0.0. and 4.0.2) but in 3.5 it will start but in all versions dolphin doesn t detect a wii mote(android).

If your smartphone is connected to the router and is on the same network as the PC running Dolphin, port-forwarding is unnecessary. Like I said, it may be an issue with your firewall on the PC running Dolphin. It might block UDP connections on certain ports.

I guess that's fate's way of telling you to use a real Wiimote and something like the DolphinBar.
