Contributing?

Hi all,
Mind you, it's early, I'm groggy and didn't browse for hours or anything so...
First off, I'm really impressed that this emulator can do all it can, and so well! It's works so beautifully when I really thought my computer wouldn't be too thrilled with any sort of emulator; kudos!
Here's the part I should've researched a bit more:
Are code contributions welcomed? If so, is there a way to know what currently needs "the most" assistance? I've coded a bit here and there over the years, even contributing bits and pieces to the MAME project, though it's been a while. Also, it's not as if I'm a rocket scientist. Still, I can help somewhat, if it's okay...?

Contributions are definitely welcome! You can drop by #dolphin-dev on Freenode if you're interested; people are basically always open to answering questions about pretty much anything dev-related. Help is generally needed in a lot of categories, but some prime ones are threading issues (CPU/GPU sync), graphics emulation issues (e.g. the current work on depth), JIT optimizations, audio fixes (e.g. HLE in Rogue Squadron games), as well as stuff like UI work and controller issues, and the Android/ARM port.

I'd also be interested in putting myself forward. I've been programming for a couple of years now and I'd be really interested in getting involved in the project. I primarily code in C++ though I'm experienced in C#, OpenGL, Erlang and a few other languages dotted about. I've never been involved in a large project like this which is why I'm extremely keen.
