Update from thread: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-11260.html
As I thought that Rumble feature only slowed some Wii games by 20-30% seems to also affect that GameCube Pad plugin Constant Rumble also slows down gamecube games by ~20%! I've added some screenshots to prove it.

Without Constant Rumble on GC-Pad: SA2B @ 100% :

With Constant Rumble: fluctuating between 60-70%:

CONCLUSION: Rumble feature seems to slow down Wii and GC games as well. This does not affect all games.
Sonic Unleashed (Wii), for example, now has the possibility to run @ 100% speed. In-game it still fluctuates, but is around 80% speed:

Same for Shadow the Hedgehog (although it has strange glitches sometimes):

More information: I use Windows 7, 64 bit (you can see that) , I used Mamario's build for now, but Lectrode's has the same result. I play with a PlayStation 2 USB Controller.

I don't lie. Why would I? Even Shadow the Hedgehog runs much faster.

I'd test but idk how to disable rumble on the current GC plugin. It does it automatically since I use a madkatz controller.

I'm not getting slowdowns with rumble or no rumble it doesn't matter. Maybe your controller just has shoddy drivers or a shoddy rumble feature.

There is an issue with your gamepad and the new plugin's technique of handling rumble.
You didn't need to make 3 threads about it.

Some questions for you to help me fix the problem:
Does the slowdown happen in gc games as well, or only wii games?
Does the slowdown only occur when the gamepad is rumbling, or immediately after setting the Motor control to "Constant"? (answer this for wii and gc games, they handle rumble differently)

A "converter for wiimote new ini to old wiimote plugin" would be silly.
The new plugin supports more than 6 axes, mapping axes to buttons, mapping multiple inputs to single buttons... etc. (not all inis could be converted)
And what would be the point, it only takes ~15 seconds to set up your gamepad in either plugin, and the old wiimote plugin is going to be killed off soon.

@boogerlad
Are you using the same gamepad as Diathorus? (some kind of ps2 controller adapter)
