Constant rumble doesn't work on new revs

I could use rumble feature on GCnew plugin in 2.0 and it works, but with newest rev and rev I use is 5790, rumble appears in list as constant but it won't work. why?

EDIT: nvm, I had to type in 'constant' myself. Other people that have same prob. try it.
