Constant Melee Netplay Desyncs

Whenever I try playing melee online, I desync almost directly from the start. I've turned off memory cards, I'm using the "Global Melee Netplay Settings" AR code, I've turned off Dual Core, and I'm playing revision 2 (1.02) on dolphin 4.0-652. I have tried googling more about the problem but I really can't find anything. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Picture attached, wasn't quite sure what you wanted so I grabbed a few things, if anything more is needed let me know.

To check MD5, open Game Properties again, and go to the before-final tab. Look for an option called "Compute" or something...

Using MD5Checker it came back as "0E63D4223B01D9ABA596259DC155A174", which is 1.02 NTSC as far as I could tell.

The reason you are desyncing is because you messed with a ton of options in the game INI settings that you really shouldn't have.
