console glitches on dolphin

There have been literally thousands of issues in games that only happen in Dolphin, nearly all of which are caused by Dolphin still having bugs and not emulating all features of the original console. There are probably also cases where a bug that exists in a game happens with far greater probability with Dolphin than on the original hardware due to timing differences, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.
