That seems to be the correct hash for the first disc of Tales of Symphonia (NTSC).
Could you upload your save file for us here so we can try to reproduce it?

Unfortunately I can't, since I used the slower version of dolphin to get me past the cutscene where this happens. This happened for another cutscene too but I used the same method to get through it. When I use the most recent version, the game runs slow as hell but when i get to these places, those popup windows in that picture on one of my last post appear, alternating and every time i hit okay a new one replaces it with different numbers for the error, and if i hold enter for a really long time eventually the windows run out and the cutscene begins like normal (still slow as hell). Then, I find a save point and reload the game in the stable 4.0.2 release of dolphin to continue playing normally.

I'll post my save if I encounter this again, but for now i'm stuck on the Kvar fight because i picked a shitty party.
