Nothing but problems
Getting this damn remote to work properly on a PC is a fucking nightmare as well as impossible.
First it seems to work, then it doesn't anymore. I tried BlueSoleil, it worked again... then it stopped.
So there is the reliability of this setup. It might work, it might not. Too stressful for me to even continue troubleshooting because after over 8 hours I still have no clue what the damn issue is.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. I've run the bluetooth via standard Windows setup + CD software the Adaptor came with.. and I've tried the BlueSoleil software alternative as well.
The adaptor is an iogear gbu421wm. bluetooth 2.1. Adaptor likely does suck, and maybe it is the entire cause of the problem...
And I bet that is what everyone will assume it is, but I'm not about to go and buy another unless I know that is the only issue.
I'm not a software developer or programmer. So either there is an easy setup where the Wii actually works fine, or I'm not interested at all.
