Connecting Wii remote problems

Hi all,

Ive read how to connect my wii remote in the support area, but am having problems with Zelda: Skyward Sword.

Can someone give me some extra tips please.

Also Ive bought a Wii U and would like to know is there a way I can transfer my Zelda saves to my Wii U so I can continue playing on it?

Well we need some more info? Skyward is very picky about motion plus. Do you have an OEM ( Nintendo brand remote ), is the motion plus built in ? Is the issues with the wii-mote dropping or just not picking up button presses? Tell us a bit about the problem if you would.

I have a cheap £13 remote which I bought off ebay, I have ordered an OEM one but havent received it yet. The remote I have has built-in motion plus. The remote either doesnt connect and when it does it drops the connection.

the OEM one will fix it. cheap wii-motes == problems. cheap wii motes with motion plus == certain death
