connecting gamestop nunchunk with original nintendo wiimote. will it work?

i m returning a gamestop wiimote which isn t seen by microsoft,toshiba and bluesoleil stack,i just wanna know if i also have to give the nunchunk back with it or i can keep it. thanks!

Both were 3rd party stuff? If you plan to buy an official Wiimote then yeah return the whole stuff and get an official Nunchuk too
