Hello every1 i have a bluetooth usb 2.0 dongle but for some reason when i click pair i get the message A supported bluetooth device was not found (Only the microsoft bluetooth stack is supported). What does this mean? and my bluetooth adapter seems to work fine in allowing my ps3 controller to pair and be used with motioninjoy. In case the dongle i have is not compatible for some reason can some1 tell me which dongle is compatible and do i necessarily have to have a wireless sensor bar in order for the real wii mote to work with this emu?

I was going to link you the guide, and tell you off for not looking things up, but it appears to have been replaced with a less clear one. Just read the guide on the main dolphin website.

The problem is i did read the guide for connecting a real wii mote but im not sure if my bluetooth dongle is compatible with dolphin......???? I've tried to get windows to recognize my bluetooth dongle (win 7 x64) through control panel but nothing shows up. It works fine for motioninjoy though....

Well if you can't connect it by clicking on the bluetooth icon in the bottom right of windows, and choosing search for devices, or connect to new device or whatever the option is, even when holding 1 and 2 to make the wiimote discoverable then you do have a problem.
