I'm using MS stack. Here are what I do to connect the Wiimote to Dolphin:
A Bluetooth device such as a cellphone only requires me to pair it once, then the computer can find it later. It does not require me to pair - remove - pair - remove... like the Wiimote does. I am wondering whether it is intended or I am doing it wrong?
- Add a device
- Pair without using a code
- Wait for it to finish installing driver
- Open Dolphin -> Wiimote settings -> Refresh
- The Wiimote vibrates and I'm good to go
