Connect Wiimote Motion 2in1 to Windows 8.1

Hello I am using windows 8.1 on laptop Lenovo y50. I try to connect this:

wiimote to a computer but i think bluetooth dont recognise it. Can anyone confirm if that wiimote is working with PC?
