Connect the wii motionplus accessory to the wii remote message

Hi guys

I get this message when i am going to play wii resort sports.

"Connect the wii motionplus accessory to the wii remote message"

Is it possible to play the game without a wiimote in dolphin? I am using xbox360 pad.

Any help appreciated.
