configuration questions-problems

Hi.... I'm hebi.. and I'm glad to be in this forum...
my english is very basic... so I'll try my best...

I got a laptop

-core i5
-4gb ram
-no video-card

and I can't play so well zelda tp.... Since the moment I start... I got a great graphics at 30fps (perfect for zelda)... but... then... when I pass to a black ground, I got 12 fps (slow)...

so.. my quiestion is... how can I do to get perfect perfomance with my pc.. cause I think I don't need a video card to run big graphics.. please teach me... thanks...

my configurations for dolphin:

direct3d9... efb to texture....

You must atleast have a onboard one ,no pc on earth can run game without video card
Download CPUZ to check it yourself
With onboard card ,you only get that speed even your CPU is core i5
