WW takes place IN THE SEA. No big fields or anything. The only Hyrule field is the little area outside of the undersea Gannon Tower, and isn't normally supposed to be accessed by players. But people have found ways to "glitch" themselves onto it. The Hyrule field slowdown is really only in TP.

@Erynies, try overclocking your CPU if you're getting slowdowns in games. The first generation of i3/i5/i7 CPUs didn't need to have the K at the end to overclock (it just makes it a bit more work). Look to Google for help.
There is a Hyrule field in Wind Waker and it's right before you battle Ganon. It's when you enter Hyrule through the Entrance just before the Tower of Gods. Then when you go to fight Ganon that's where you are in Hyrule field.
Yeah, thats what I said. It's not a true Hyrule field, in that its an expansive, FPS draining place, but that little tiny area in front of Gannons Tower.
That area used to be CPU intensive though. No idea if that's been changed recently
