that "black" windows maybe is related to the libraries you have installed in your pc but if you arlready updated them... idk
the build 3661 from the downloads section of the main page is an exe file. the black screen is the cmd prompt that shows the progress of the file extraction. since he failed to save the file, it extracted automatically into the temporary folder where it downloaded to. he needs to save the file as i already stated.
