Compress wads??

I guess you mean scrubbing, but no, you can't.

Scrubbing ISOs just takes the dummy data out of ISO images, doesn't work with WAD files at all.

WAD files are not padded because they were never written to a cartridge or burnt to a disc, there's nothing to compress.

Technically, dolphin does not compress ISOs, it removes the padding.
