I'm sorry but this smartphone will probably never be supported. Its Snapdragon 450 SoC is simply too weak as it's geared towards low-end devices, although it's compatible with ARMv8 I highly doubt any OEM using this SoC bothered to ship a 64-bit edition of Android, which in turns means Dolphin won't even install. Keep in mind that even current flagship smartphones using the latest Snapdragon 855 (which is dozen of times more powerful than the Snapdragon 450 used in your LG Stylo 4) still struggles to run many games on Dolphin...
