Hi guys, I was browsing aliexpress.com and I found a wireless sensor bar. Does anyone happen to know if this

Would work without a physical Wii, since it's wireless?

The sensor bar is just a pair of infrared LED's. Any sensor bar should do the trick, as long as it has it's own power source and doesn't need to be connected to a Wii, of course. A have a really cheap one I bought on K-Mart online years ago for $1 and works great (battery operated).
